Who We Are?

Synergy4WBO is a non-profit organization that is changing the future by empowering people of color and women-owned small businesses to be equally profitable, sustainable, and successful compared to their non-minority counterparts.

What Do We Do?

We provide educational opportunities, one-on-one mentoring, professional coaching, marketing strategies, and access to capital to members of our community.

What will you do as a Mentor?

Mentor and guide small business owners and entrepreneurs to succeed.

Review and optimize the mentee's business plan and SWOT analysis.

Meet with your mentee virtually for a minimum of 1 hour every month for 12 months based on your mutual availability.

Set up custom measurable KPIs and goals for the mentee business to be achieved during the program.

Analyze and complete mid and year-end evaluations.

Share your knowledge and expertise to help your mentee.

Be an accountability partner, assist, and inspire your mentee to achieve the set goals.

Mentor qualification

You are an accomplished business owner who has successfully scaled your business and wants to give back.
You have a successful career in the corporate and have expertise and skills that will help a small business owner.
You are an educator or a professor who can guide and share knowledge with your mentee.
You are an excellent listener, communicator, and ability to find solutions.
You are unbiased and take pleasure in seeing others grow.
A new mentor will need to attend our orientation session.
