Synergy4WBO is a non-profit organization that is changing the future by empowering people of color and women-owned small businesses to be equally profitable, sustainable, and successful compared to their non-minority counterparts.

Program Benefits

  • You will receive 12 months mentoring and coaching program customized for your business needs, including one-on-one business mentoring, personal coaching sessions, and marketing strategy sessions followed by 12 months of implementation and track growth. (A total of 24-month Program)
  • We will help create a 60-second business promotional video hosted on our site and shared on our digital and social media platforms.
  • We will create your business landing/profile page on our website.
  • You will have an opportunity to create a crowdfunding project on Synergy's exclusive crowdfunding platform to raise network capital from family and friends.
  • You will get full access to all live educational and recorded sessions.
  • Invitation to attend all of our virtual educational sessions.
  • Invitation to attend our networking sessions.
  • Invitation to attend our annual gala.

Mentee qualification for our upcoming cohort

  • A woman/ minority/ BIPOC/ Person of color/ underserved small business owner.
  • The small business has been in existence for the last two years or more and is active at the time of application.
  • The small business shall have revenue up to $200K annually.
  • Should have a current Business Plan.
  • The small business shall have two or more employees.
  • The small business is located in the United States
